Incase you haven't heard...
Hi everyone! Well I am 29 weeks now!
I finally got internet yesterday, thanks babe! So I will be able to start updating the blog a lot more regularly then before......
On Tuesday 3/31 I started keeping a log of my Braxton Hicks Contractions. I faxed the log to my doctor, because I wanted to be sure that it wasn't a problem. Well, they called me and said we would like you to go to Labor & Delivery at the Hospital, they are expecting you. The doctor wants you to have an NST (non-stress test) done, which will monitor my contractions and see if its affecting Tristan in anyway. So I left work right away and went to the hospital. Long story short....I was having them pretty frequently, it was NOT affecting my cervix, so after being there 5.5 hours, Jimmy and I left at like 11pm and went to the pharmacy. I had my prescription filled for a drug that helps relax the uterus muscles, to help prevent contractions.
I went to work on Wednesday and then on Thursday had my regular schedulded appt with my DR. Jimmy left work early to come with me. Guess what? She orderd BED REST until I am 36 weeks! :-(
Anyway, I am now a week in. Jimmy has been a GREAT husband, picking up everything that I used to do, or that I at least used to HELP with....ie - ALL cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery store shopping, not to mention, being at my beck & call. "Babe, can you bring me some water?" " Babe can you get me my glasses?" "Babe can you..........................."
JIMMY- YOU ARE THE BEST HUSBAND AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH....THANKS FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!
So, if you are passing thru Vacaville, feel free to stop bye. I could use some human contact during the week days while Jimmy is at work. I can't do much, but you can come over and sit on the couch and we can chat for a bit. Also, text me, email me, message me...anything to pass the time! :-)
So, as I said earlier, Jimmy got me internet yesterday...and my mom got me a wireless keyboard and mouse, as well as an S-Video Cable...so I can lay back, and surf the internet on our BIG SCREEN TV!!! Yeah...its pretty cool....except I cant read the words from the couch...so I have to move the pappasaan chair in front of the TV...but thats okay...its still better then having to have the 'hot' laptop on my lap...and if I need to get up to use the restroom or something moving the keyboard to the side is a lot easier then moving the laptop! ;-)
