So I have created 2 registries. One at Babies R Us. And one at MyWishlist.com which is cool because you can register for items you want or need from ANY website. The links are posted on the main page of the blog.

Tristan continues to grow...I REALLY DO think I am bigger everyday! He is being very active today. :-)

Our little boys name...

Incase you haven't already heard...

we have changed our little boys name.

He WAS going to be James Christian Hansen...

but we have changed it.......

"Officially" his name is

Tristan Michael Hansen.

We hope you love it as much as we do!

I have an infection! :-(

So, I wasn't scheduled for my next DR appt until next week on Thursday, but I woke up this morning and was cramping. I have read that some cramping is okay and expected due to the uterus stretching, but that some cramping isn't okay, and that it is hard to determine if its normal or serious, so I called the doctor to be safe. They said that since the cramping is staying to one side, they think I might have an infection. So I went in and they tested my urine. They also checked to make sure the the cervix looks good and isn't dialated. Everything looked good with the cervix. She said its closed up TIGHT. So he isn't trying to come out early! WHEW! :-) Turns out I have a Urinary Tract Infection. They gave me some antibiotics, and hopefully I will start feeling better tomorrow.

Besides that, everything is good. He is wiggling around and makeing sure I don't forget about him...not that I ever would....but he has to make sure! Jimmy has finally felt him kicking! That was pretty exciting for the both of us. My sister Tera has also been able to feel him move. It was cool to finally be able to share him with someone other than myself! My co-worker Debi, hollered at my belly this morning and said "WAKE UP IN THERE". She really wants to feel him kick.

This last Friday, our bedding set and the crib and changer were delivered. So on Saturday my mom and sisters came over and we got the room that will be his nursery cleaned out (well about 80%). We made room for the changer and crib. Saturday mom and Kylie and I built the changer and then I was DONE! So Tera stayed the night Saturday night and her and I built the crib on Sunday. They look nice. Hopefully the dresser will be here soon. Right now, baby clothes have taken over one drawer in my dresser. We also have all his bedding and accesories for his room, but we don't have a mattress for the crib yet, so I can't set it all up yet.

Update....

So, we are now 24 weeks....WOW...time flies.
The little guy is doing well. Moving a lot! Except yesterday I ate a HUGE burrito for lunch and I think I either 1.) squished him with all that food, or 2.) put him in a food-coma....I swear he didn't move again until about 8 pm last night. But even as I type this he is wigglin' around in there! :-)

We are starting to get our registry set up, picking out cool, hip, cute, fun things for our little guy! I will post our registry link once we are finished fussing with it. We are still trying to agree on bedding that we both like.
